Cinefile help desk

Keep every movie memory on the reel.

Start with whatever ticket you have. Cinefile keeps the original safe, helps identify the screening, and lets you confirm every detail before it joins your archive.

01

Add a ticket

Open your profile and choose Add a ticket. Upload a screenshot, photo, PDF, or shareable pass, or enter the screening manually.

02

Review before filing

Cinefile stages imported details for confirmation. Correct the movie, theater, showtime, format, row, or seat before saving the stub.

03

Know what stays private

Original uploads, seat details, notes, and account information stay private. Publishing a profile shares only the collection details you choose.

Quick answers

Before the feature starts.

Is my archive public?

No. Every account and original starts private. Public profiles are optional and can be turned off again whenever you want.

Can Cinefile open every Wallet pass?

Not directly. Apple and Google do not provide universal access to third-party passes. Share a pass when the issuer allows it, or use a screenshot, PDF, link, or manual entry.

Can I fix a ticket after saving it?

Yes. Open the stub, choose Edit, review the changes, and save. The attached original remains untouched.
